Maybe all it needs is a reinstalled and/or updated driver. Did you look at the error message he provided? "The driver may be corrupted or missing" Why should he have to spend 4 or 5 hours reinstalling Windows when it may only take a minute & a half to install a new driver? -Silent Fear
