SOS! .dll + internet problem!

Please, any help would be appreciated !

I was using my pc before and had a notice of a trojan, i thought it was eliminated by the antivirus but it sure did its damage (if thats what caused it!).

I cannot connect by any means to the internet, i tried restarting and every time i get the same alerts :
'cannot connect to localhost, check ur firewall or proxy settings' ,
'pnrpnsp.dll is missing or corrupted from system32'

I downloaded that dll missing from another pc but when i try to replace it with the existing one i cannot manage as the operation is cancelled, i get a notice for authorization and then it automatically cancels

I'm not an expert in computers so please guys if u have anything in mind that could help i 'd appreciate it a lot!!!

most people here advice is to stitch up all of the hole in your body. but to me that process takes too long and your would is still not fully healed.

my solution is to give you a whole new body and then add armor to it. I would use a bart cd to backup my data to another usb hdd and then I reinstall windows. then install all of my AV and spyware programs and window updates then I make a backup image
