Default Solomon 4.21 eating Drive Space

When running Crystal Reports in the Accounting Program Solomon 4.21 I am getting the following errors on my Server:
1. Approx. 2 GB of my drive space is lost.
2. While the report is running my NT 4.0 server runs at 100% for nearly one hour.
3. This sometimes locks the Server down.
4. Once I stop and start sqserv.exe the 2 GB I lost returns when I do a list properties on the drive.
5. All the above causes great network issues (slow.......) for other users on the network.

Does anyone have any ideas? Any help or direction would be appreciated!!

is "sqserv.exe" the name of the Crystal Reports program? if not then do you need it running at all, maybe you should delete it and stop the problem (but DEFINATELY back it up first) If it is the Crystal Reports program then it might just be worth getting a better program than the one youve got - just a suggestion
