Software Operated - Router, Access Point, Bridge, WLan - Quetec

I found out this product called Quetec.net
It claims that they can use software to make the PCMCIA or PCI to become router, access point, bridge, wireless Lan, and even upgragable to become repeater.
IS it possible.. anyone stay near Hannover Germany? Becuase they said they are going to attend the Cebit Computer Expo in Germany and suppose to be the world largest Computer expo.

this is my very first time to use the forum to ask the generous public some question. I thought I may not get reply as I want to buy to the product but still hasitate.
anyway.. I have posted 2 quetions in Networking section and 2 in the software section. I thought it would reach diferent people..
