software install problem

I am installing a program called solidworks. The program installs fine but then when i go to start it, i get an error that says

A problem was encountered accessing the proper security device. The device may be missing or have invalid information. The application will be terminated immediately.

I did a search on google and came to a site that had a driver for me to install. I installed it like it told me then rebooted and still nothing. I also uninstalled the program and reinstalled it. I have installed this program from the same disk on a different computer before with no problems.

make another user on the same pc and see what happens..
