Are you still running v9 as well? if so.


Uninstall v10
Start ACDSee 9 and optimize.
Optimize your ACDSee Database
Uninstall ACDSee 9
Go to Start | Control Panel
Choose Add or Remove Programs
Click ACDSee 9 and choose Remove
Install ACDSee 10
It will tell you that it needs to convert your database...

If not what version are you running?
 
Yeah you need to update. There are reports of Version 9 giving problems with Win7. No way version 3 will work flawlessly.
