Default Software for cleaning out programs!

I noticed that after I uninstall a program from add/remove there are still fies and junk left over from that program. Is there any program that will clran out this junk for me. I think a simple program like RegScrub which does things like that to the registry.

Yes most programs will leave alone personal data(saves, settings), and usually registry data,(this is like a map of which is where, and what is what), You don't need to worry about those, unless you need the hard drive space. If you notice your system slowing down though, it needs to be adressed, but just uninstalling will normally leave some files, you can deleate those manually.
