Default Slow system?

Is there some kind of (free) programme that can check my system? Things seem to be running a lot slower than they used to. I get sticky pages when they load and quite slow loading times. Also my cd's will not autoplay when I put a cd in. I have gone into the settings and it says it is set on autoplay. What can I do??

I would stay away from those programs.

Ok, first clean out your startup programs, get rid or un-checkof all that is un-important.

2nd - Delete programs that you do not use anymore.

3rd - Do a spyware scan with Bazooka Scanner/ also do a virus scan too!

4th - Defrag your HD.

Check Processes to see what's actually running in the background and I've found that the older cd's don't play on some of the newer cd players.

i dont know how your system could be slow (looks nice!), but maybe spyware, viruses, are slowing it down. Instead of doing spydoctor scans and norton scans, just reformat. The computer will run like a dream!
