slow startup after BIOS flash

i flashed my bios this morning and everything starts up fast however the internet and zone alarm loads way slower is there any way to adjust the order in which things load so i can set those two to load first.

i dont think this has anyhign to do wiht your BIOS...but still in windows navigate to

START>RUN then type without quotes "msconfig" on the startup tab disable any unwanted programes you dont want to load on startup this should help.

ya ive done that all i have set to load is activesync, and my creative sound control panel then zone alarm and the internet connection. it still has been slow but not as bad thanx.
