You have a VIA K8T800Pro + VT8237 and yes it is much easier to use nLite to slipstream everything although you need .Net Framework 1.1 to use nLite. Also i have heard of alot of problems using nLite to slipstream VIA SATA drivers into win XP CD, most ppl say it dosen't work although they have no problems with silicon drivers.
Simply use http://unattended.msfn.org/ starting from the "Beginning Users" to slipstream SP2 into the windows CD(It's really up to you if you want to do a Full Unattended install) then use THIS PAGE to get the drivers needed. follow the text file in the download and you should be set.
