Default Skip Bootup Login - XP

Never had this problem until installing NetFramework.....which never had call for until trying out a DVD program. Now at each bootup , asked for password. Sure I can just click 'OK", but would like to eliminate the need to . Looked everywhere in Administrative settings , User Accounts<< where I did delete the new username of ??(I think). Now only listing is "owner", but still get the password screen. How do reset and avoid this?

Sure.... try this buddy...

Start->Run and type in "control userpasswords2" without the quotes(ofcourse ) uncheck the box that says user has to put the password each time... hit ok - restart the system n you'r done.

Hope that helps You!

;) Don\'t misunderstand its a TOOL which is required to fix up the computer...;)

go to control panel then into user accounts. under pick a task click change the way users log on or off. uncheck both boxes then apply changes. if you don't have a password you will boot straight on to the desktop.
hope this helps
