So here's what I have.
Comcast cable modem, Sonicwall T170, HP 8 port switch and a server running 2003. Six workstations.
I had everything running fine on Saturday, all workstations could reach the internet, download mail and access the shared folders on the server logging in on the domain.
Monday morning - nothing. No pc's could go online but they could still access the domain and the folders. I've messed around so much now with the settings, dhcp, dns, configuration etc that I've basically lost myself.
Can anyone give me a quick rundown with how I should have this correctly configured cable wise and should I use the server for dhcp, the sonicwall or go with static ip's on the machines?
I even tried configuring like another company I did this for that works perfectly and for some reason it's not doing what I need it to do, am I forgetting something like NAT or WINS????
