Simplifying a process

Hopefully someone could tell me if I can solve this situation somehow:-
At school I need to change proxy settings so I can access the internet there - I need to do this every day, and change them back every day when I return home. It has gotten very annoying after a few months of this - I was wondering if there was a way that I can just use a batch file or something to change the proxy settings by just running it from my desktop?
i.e. one thing to change the proxy setting to 'No proxy', and another to switch to the pre-entered settings.

Yami has provided me with proof that he has express written permission from the school to access the network with his personal PC. Therefor i have re-opened the thread.

Red the edit to Yami's post. It boils down to wanting to switch between the school and home without much fuss.

My first suggestion would be to setup separate networks for home and school. Isnt it possible to just do that?
