how would i go about changing a .gif to a cs:s able spray? like jpeg or somthing.
this into somthing that will be able to apply to counter strike source spray while its still moving, i knwo it can be done but i dont know how

ive tryed using some programs but i cant find one that works. if anyone have a converter id be grateful
well this thread is kinda void now i found out how to do it, i created 3 vtf images and wrote a scrpit for it to play the files as an amination
