ok, i dunno whats going on but lately I been using the computer and All of i sudden it would turn into terrible lag, like if i right clicked on the desktop it would take 10+++ seconds to respond and sometimes maybe 20+++ etc...
This doesnt happen often, but when it happens it lags my computer like hell to the point where i have to restart.
When i ALT CLT DEL, i rarely see processor at 100%, maybe around 40 or 50 usually.
Im running a 2100xp+
I know its not a spyware problem or a virus problem.
So I'm trying to figure out the problem, I came to decide that its either I need more RAM, or I need a stronger processor.
I'm computer is currently loaded with 512 DDR 333mhz RAM.
Should I get another piece of 512 RAM?
Should I upgrade my Processor?
If I bought another stick of RAM, should I get 400mhz? since its only 4 dollars difference from 333 mhz?
Any recommendations and comments are valued!

ok wait, pretty much whenever i try to do something, ie. right click on a folder, open a folder etc... CPU usage hits 100% instently I think. Oh man this is getting annoying =X
