Default SigmaTel Audio

My computer cae with this program and i was wondering if it was safe to delete or would it mess up my sound? I dont exactly know what its even for...

uh....I think that is your sound card driver...or your sound card app. Not sure if it's required or not.

You know how the ati and nvidia gpu cards install the respective apps? With many sound cards and drivers, they do not just install a plain functional driver but an app as well.

uninstall and see if you still get sound

sigmatel audio is usually the driver for the sound... you shouldnt delete it.
