Default SID and User Account

SID and User Account
I am running XP-SP2. As you know each user has a unique SID. If you delete a user and create a new one with the same name, it will get new SID and not the previous one.
1. Where\How can I see the SIDs
2. How can tell which SID belongs to which User
3. How can I tell which SIDs belong to deleted users

1) The SID's can be viewed using regedit. Under the HKEY_USER hive.
2) S-1-5-18 System or LocalService
S-1-5-19 LocalService
S-1-5-20 NetworkService

S-1-5-21 XXXXXXX-XXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXXXX-1000 <-- is the first acct. created.

The 1000 should increase by 1 for every acct. created.

3) ok, you got me there...????
