**** with shell integration

i've got a question about the right-click menu. when i right click a link, u see options such as "download with ____". i've uninstalled a certain program but everytime i right click a link, that option pertaining to that program still shows up. is there a way i can get rid of it somehow? thanks for any help.

follow those entries and see if you see the program listed in there. This is just an example

After the shell x folder, there is only a "send to" and only the default is listed in there. So I'm still unable to solve this problem. I dont know what you mean by Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00, i just went to Run, and typed in regedit.
