SharePoint 2007 individual file/folder restore??

Does anyone know of a backup feature or software that allows me to backup sharepoint and allows me to restore individual files or folders for SharePoint 2007.

Currently sharepoint has a backup feature but it is only for the entire farm/DB. I want to be able to restore a single file or folder if needed for my users?
