Default setup disk in windows XP

I am wondering how to make setup disk in windows XP. It didn't work the way we make in win2k. Can anyone say me?

Go into your windows explorer, right click the a: drive and click format. Then choose the radio button that says Create an MS DOS Startup disk.


Its a frigging Laptop, not a Labtop!!!!
