Service Pack 1... I have a Q.

For the service pack one, Yes, I know where to get it (www.Microsoft.com), But when you download it can you install it without having to 1. Format your HD, and 2. Reinstall windows?
Also if there any any other obsticles similar to those please stae them here.

no need to reinstall the operating system. it just updates your operating system. you have the option to uninstall SP1.
