server 2003 question

Well to effectively dual boot Windows 2000 and Server 2003 you should use at least a 20GB or 40GB drive. That will allow you to install both OS's, have room for updates and allow for software installs.
 
Right, in a VM dev environment, I'll use 2 10GB VDs (OS and other). But in a prod environment I'll typically work with blades that have 5-7 80GB drives (depending on the RAID level)
