Default Serious Error?

While in the middle of using my computer today, for absolutely no apparent reason, it just restarted, once windows (XP Home) had reloaded, it brought up a box saying that windows has just recovered from a serious error, and said that a log file had been created. About 4 hours later, it did the exact same thing.
Where would I find the log file?
Is this something I should be worrying about?

When a program error occurs, Dr. Watson will start automatically. To start Dr. Watson, click Start, click Run, and then type drwtsn32. To start Dr. Watson from a command prompt, change to the root directory, and then type drwtsn32.

Post the log here

Copy the one which you think is it. I would think it would be near the bottom.

I just realised that there are dates on the log files, and the one I thought it was, cannot be it as it is not the right date. The only one that matches the date, I'm sure is not it (it is just a program that caused a bit of trouble earlier, it was not even open when the computer restarted)

Set it to a mini dump and post it all or the last half.

Any other ideas from anyone? This has started happening on a daily basis.
Shawn,
If it is a heat issue, should I be taking my computer in asap?
Thanks
