Default Security Issue

Ok all you Advanced Users, I have a question I feel I am protected from Internet issues etc. However, I am running Windows XP Corporate Edition and I was wondering if there was anyway to keep Users, besides me able from Formatting any of my drives or pretty much DELETE ALL MY CRAP, without my permission. (Including DOS) How can I prevent this.
