Default folder problem: search instead of open

I can't seem to figure out why it changed to making double click search the drive instead of open it. If anyone could tell me where to switch it back to open, would be appreciated.

I checked the thread and used the register file and it didn't fix it. In that thread you said there was 2 though, what is the other one please?
