Angry Screen Saver PW in Win98 1st Edt.

Hi all,

Anyone come accross this problem before:

I tried to set a PW on the screen saver but the button to change it does nOtHiNg... stuck in limbo ...

Does anyone know how to reset the shell or fix this anoying problem? I really don't want to install any new OS or update it to 98 SE.

Any ideas out there?

I tried that first preet2u thinking I had a corrupt PWL file but that did not solve it.

I was just missing the passowrd.cpl file that controls the screen saver password in Windows.

Thanks for your suggestion though...
