Screen capture question

I am looking for some free software which can be a screen capture what is on my screen and then be able to adjust the size of the pic and be able to print it at that size. Does anyone know of any.

Paint.net is a great little program and it's free

Paint.NET - Free Software for Digital Photo Editing

You still have to hit PrtScn 1st, then you
> Open Paint.net
> File - New
> Edit - Paste

From here you can either
>Image - Resize

Which will resize the whole image

or you can use the Rectangular Selection Tool to pick out, or Crop, a portion of the image. Once you have a portion cropped you go to

> Edit - Copy
> Edit - Paste into new image

If the image is still to large then you

> Image - Resize

Once you have it resized go to

> Image - Flatten (this may or may not be an available option)
> File - Save as
