Default scr file extension problem

I downloaded a screensaver with a .scr file extension. But scr extension has somehow been alloted to autocad script file. I had autocad once in my system but removed it later.
Now when i open the scr file it opens in a notepad with unreadable contents inside.
How do I allot the scr files back to screensavers?

Do you have a program for the screen saver or is it one you put in windows?

honestly depending on where you got this file from ... your best bet would be to just drop it into the Windows folder and look for it when trying to set up your screensaver

its always so simple to drop all u r .scr files in windows folder so boys never fall in the need of any program which implement the src ,when u can get it by doing just drag drop why to spent money on any software whioch will run scr for u
