Default Scheduling A task

I need to run a program for 83 1/2 hours a week from Saturday at 11PM to Wednesday at 8:30PM. I sheduled it to run weekly and start on every Saturday at 11 but I don't know how to stop it on every Wednesday at 8:30. What can I do? I'm running Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition(free evaluation Copy) if it matters.

This just ends the task when I type it in, correct me if I'm wrong. I need it to end at a time I give it automatically. Thanks anyway.
