Default Schedule a hibernate or shutdown?

hello all again,
i was wondering if (in WinXP home) there's any way to schedule your computer to shutdown, reboot, standby, or hibernate. if anyone knows any way (including programs) please post. i found a similar topic in the tricks, tips and tutorials, but there weren't any good replies.

OK this is what you do, create a new shortcut with (shutdown -s) as the target. Then go into the scheduled tasks window and add a new task. Point the task top that shortcut and set al; the times and whatever.

This should work, let me know if it doesnt.
