saving pictures from the internet

Here is my problem: I search google for images and when I find one that I would like to save I right click and click save as, but it does not automatically save the file as a jpg or as the name in that last part of the url.

I was able to do this before. I dont know why I cant now, or what or where to change this so I can.

Such as on eht digital blasphemy page.

Any of the pictures I right click on to save as it wants to save it as a bmp not jpg and wont bring the name along either.
