Saving bookmarks?

Hi Guys

i am going to reboot my laptop, i have got an external hardrive to save my important docs and pics. however i have an extensive favourites list in my internet explorer does anyone know if this list can be saved so that i dont have do redo them all?

Sorry but i wouldnt suggest Chrome. It is based off of the old version of Webkit. Not the most recent one. I would say Firefox or Opera.
