no that does not cause any problems by turning computer off wehn it is loading. if you cant get into safemode any of the other ways and you cant even get windows running fully then its a pretty good solution
That's like saying you should get your toast out of the toaster with a knife even though there's a big red button specifically designed for the job, and the button says 'press this button to eject toast'.
