Default Running Processes

I'm using 'Windows 98'.

With 'Ctrl' + 'Alt' + 'Delete' I get a list of running processes.

I here you's talking about a number listed beside the running process that refers to percent of resources being used.

Is this only a feature a 'XP' and are there any further ways for me to get this resource ratings feature.
