run xp off a USB stick

Hi,
I am having trouble setting up a pendrive with bartpe xp. When pe builder processes, ramdisc it says it cant find folder, and while pe builder runs it says warning 1 in the top bar, it looks like it is all fine otherwise but the pendrive will not boot . It tries but stops. I thought I had followed the tutorials spot on but I don't get it.
Any help would be great. Thanks

Thanks, that program seems to have been pulled. Got me to search for alternatives and found "wintoflash". That worked.
