Default Ripped DVD management software....

I am planning on ripping my entire video collection only my massive HD. It consists of dvds, ogms, mkvs, mpeg2, divxs, etc.
I have a PC under my tv.....

My question is.....is there any software in existance that can manage a set of ripped dvds.

Basically you program the paths and you get to select the dvd from a menu.

My main concert is dvds, but nice feature would be able to recognized filtered streams from ogm, mkv, divx, mpeg2, etc. files

PowerDVD allows you to play a dvd on HD but I would want something that can handle a library of dvds.
