Restore User Account for Laptop

Hi, I'm A.J. I have a Inspiron E1405 and just recently my computer is fixed because before all that someone hacked into my computer. I used to have a Windows Account with alot a files but I believe someone hacked into my computer account and put in a virus. I want to see if there is a program or something for me to restore my old account that I had. I really need help soon. I had bookmarks, photos and pdf documents. Please help......
