Restore outlook Express by using Citisoft

I had backed up the outlook express 6 before I formatted the Hard Drive by using Citisoft software as shown in the link below

After I have done fresh installtion , I am trying to restore the backup archive., but when I do restoring I receive this error :

An ERROR has occured. Please close Outlook Express and Internet Explorer if they are running and retry again

But both Outlook Express and Internet Explorer are not running.

I tried google but I could not find something helpful

Since you did it thru 3rd party software you will have to contact them about what to do to correct it. Only they will be able to tell you.

I know of how to try and fix it when backed up thru Windows. But not 3rd party software. Might be a bad backup.
