Default Resetting All 'Open With' To Default..

I was wondering, is there a way to reset all shortcuts to open with and set the icon to the default way? I ask this because most of my shortcuts and files open in different programs, of course I could go through each and every one, but I rather keep it simple.

what you are asking is in no way simple. You are looking at changing at least 50 registry keys to even start this. Can you explain what it is you are hoping to accomplish with doing this?
