Question Reset Bios

Hello. I have an old Dell Optiplex (1998), and I need to reset the BIOS because it is all messed up. How do you do that? Thanks!

Switch of the pc, remove the jumper and connect it to 2&3. Switch on the pc and wait some time 4minute is not needed. Switch it off and connect the jumpers as it was.
The bios will be reset
