Default Which Replication Type to Use SQL server 2000

Okay I need some help I understand the concept of a Publisher and a subscriber. What I need to know is what type of replication I should use. The Server that will be the publisher and distributor is in one location and the subscriber is in another location. It will be Replicating 6 data bases in large files which will be running 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Base with this information which type of Replication type should choose and if you can explain why I should choose that type Thanks.
