Default repairing vista

ive basically screwed windows everytime i close an application it comes up with eg "microsoft office word has stopped working" so its screwed and it does it on quit a few applications so i want to try and repair windows so i insert the disc in and theres no option to repair windows just one option to install???

Windows vista doesn't have the repair option anymore. So your only real option is to backup and reinstall. IF you are lucky you could use winpe and do something with that.

tell me why people like vista again? just read three posts having problems with vista.

yes there is no repair option but with any version from home premium up has a built in back up. whiCH xp doesnt have. eacH has their pros and cons. it IS up to each person to decide.
