Default repairing internet doesnt work?

When I repair my internet say if it is not working.. rubbish ntl, on one of my computers I press repair and it finishes and works but on this computer when I press repair it fails at clear dns cache or something. Why is this?

Im pretty sure he is talking about repairing the actual adapter.

1. What kind of connection do you use ?
2. Reset the modem/router/switch yet ?

are you a local admin? The DNS cache I think is admin access only. Also, what is you network like? How is it setup?

Try uninstalling it from device manager, reboot and let windows install it again.
