Removing Toolbars?

I was wondering how I go about removing toolbars from the taskbar? I'm not talking about just right-clicking and then going to toolbars to disable it, I want to know how to remove the entries for it.

I found it in 'user config' - 'start menu and taskbar' and it's near the bottom.
