Removing Admin password?

I'm trying to repair my OS via Recovery Console, and it is prompting me for an Adminstrator password, which I do not recall creating. How do I go about removing the Admin password so I can start repairing the OS?

I didn't create a password, but apparently one was created (maybe a virus?), as it is saying 'incorrect password' when I click next. Is there a way around this?
