Default Remove Indexing Service and MSN Explorer from Windows XP.

How do I permanently remove these 2 utilities: indexing service and MSN Explorer from Windows XP?

The indexing service is just a system service under Administrative Tools > Services. Stop the service and then change the properties to Manual Startup or Disabled.
MSN Explorer should have an uninstaller in the folder from which it runs from.
