Default Remote for Monitor?

Hey guys, im not sure if this is in the right forum, but i just recently purchased a 2005FPW, although its no TV i find myself using it to play movies. I wanted to know if there was any way to turn on/off my monitor without having to press the button on the monitor itself everytime. Thanks in advance!

Coiuld just leave it go into stanby mode. Or change the options so that it does after a few hours. AFAIK there is not Monitor remotes out there since no monitor actually has a IR reader to accept remote option.

I could be wrong but your model might not support it.
