Reinstalled XP - Help!

Hey guys, I just reformatted my HD and reinstalled XP Pro. I have a HP Pailivion notebook.

My problem:

I don't have a soundcard installed.
I don't have a videocard installed.

I guess WinXP Pro didn't install it?

Usually it would install it -- I can't play any sounds other than that annoying beep and my screep is blurry sometimes...

How/where would I be able to install my video/sound cards?

download sisoft sandra which will tell yo what they are then go to the manufactures website and download the drivers

I used the Application recovery - but I have another problem - I enabled the "High Constrant Mode" and now it tries to make everything I do easier to read --- but I dont like it becuase it was totally something different than what I expected. Now, I go back to the Control Panel... and it won't do anything when I click on "High Contrast Settings" on the left pane, or even the accessibility option! What do I do?
