As long as they don't charge you - that's okay.

Sounds like it's a bad driver though.

Driver wont cause the screen to go fuzzy/blurry... Sounds like a defect, but an old-outdated driver can cause issues. Once you got it online, you did check for driver updates, and installed all windows updates, correct?
