Reinstall windows after new mobo

Ok I replaced my motherboard with a new one and I'd like to do a clean install of windows, reformat the hard disk etc. So to do this do I uninstall windows XP from the Control Panel and format the hard drive seperately?

na na, wat u will need 2 do is afer uv put in ur new motherboard. Then get ur Xp cd and boot from it. So this is before u even get into windows. In the bios u may need 2 set it 2 boot from cd.

after you hav booted from the cd its fairly simple to reformat and install windows
